great workout for 12:30AM! haha, I had one of those rare red eye workouts last week when I was home in chicago. good effort there- after MNF, I would unlikely be going to the gym!
not sure if I'll get my planned delt workout in today or tomorrow (traveling today) but I'll be throwin down a big session for sure

thx. yea i can power arnolds up good especially if im fresh, my strong arms help me some there. next week ill put up some big numbers on those. i also have a crazy leg day planned for next week already, pumped for that...and a pretty good shoulder day as well.
as for goals, by the end of the year i want to squat 415-425, deadlift 500 and bench/decline bench 300. incline and military press i want to bring up to mid-higher 200s also.
the squats are feeing good. i just started squatting 2 months ago and have brought it up 25lbs for 2 consecutive months. trying to keep the trend going lol. my legs are responding fast, growing fast, and strengthening super fast. keep the plates coming.

awesome stuff there and all within reach!
yeah you got some crazy bicep lifts. I think I can keep pace on the triceps but your arms are freaking huge and cut up for a reason! And all your lifts are going to grow with the added squat work. definitely welcome the challenge to try and keep pace with ya on the lifts. will be great to see your pressing grow to match your pulling strengths too.

Back/Bi Dec 2
I felt kinda sick today, woke up with a dry throat and had a runny nose all day that pissed me off. I guess i was sort of feeling weaker as expected with a cold but i load up on zinc and vitamin c and power through colds in like a day. regardless of being sick, i still gave it hell today:
Olympic Barbell Curls: ( 4 sets of )
100 x 10
Preacher EZ Bar Curl: 4 sets = 2 close grip / 2 wide grip
100 x 8
100 x 6
100 x 7
100 x 6
Incline Dumbbell Curls: these are burners man, damn hard compared to normal curls
40s x 7
35s x 8
30s x 10
Hammer Curl Machine: neutral hammer grip (short rests)
80 x 10
70 x 10
60 x 10
T-Bar Rows: ( 4 sets of ) P = 45 lb Plate
3P x 10
Dorian Rows: 4 sets = 2 overhand grip / 2 underhand grip
135 x 12 for all sets
Lat Pull Downs: 3 sets = 2 wide grip / 1 reverse close grip
150 x 12
150 x 12
150 x 10
Seated Rows: (short rests)
140 x 12
120 x 12
100 x 20
* I dropped all my weights on back this week and really tried to get a good squeeze and contraction, next week ill add the weight back in and try to do the same, good workout though for being under the weather...im somewhat satisfied

ha! I welcome the push and challenge. btw, sick avi bro! you are absolutely shreded (no homo).
look forward to seeing the numbers you put up. we're pretty close in strength so this will be good growth for both of us. If I could only work on getting more definition & size though like you got though... that's something I could use help on so any advice def appreciated!
lift hard, kick that cold, and no sally lifts this week. I got my A game dialed and plan to keep pushing.
good job with the lift today - it sucks lifting sick. but doesn't seem to affected you too much. good effort.

woke up this morning, definitely sick lol, but i have a great immune system and i eat super healthy so being sick for me in basically just a runny nose and maybe a little throat dryness or whatever. thats all i get so i guess im lucky compared to some. i just loaded up some more zinc and vitamin c. going to hit the gym regardless of how i feel today and power out some heavy shrugs and some intense cardio to try to sweat it out.
