Someone should post it in the Teen section for a laugh.

So the new girl I am seeing plays rugby and works at chipotle. I got a free burrito today.
So I should marry her right?

I was incredibley impressed with how "lean" babyslayer was.
I mean pretty much anyone who knows nothing about lifting weights would say he was fat (my friends think KAZ is fat for F's sake) but I thought he was just going to be a blob.

i hit 87.5kg x 6 on bench press tonight, most ive done before is 90kg so i know ive definitely got a new max
hopefully gona put up 130kg on my squats next workout, i think if i have to have surgery on my hernia thing in the future im going to use the time where i have to train light to really work on my form and not squatting to a box

"to get uncommon results, you must train in uncommon ways."
Yes, you have to train like you're not a complete bitch. That has nothing to do with Iranian Get Ups or whatever.

Depends what you mean by a speed day. A full blown DE day is hardly a deload. If you mean just doing a few light sets of bench but doing them fast then yes.

No!
Actually, I donno why not. Maybe cuz you're using maximum effort with a submaximal weight? You should just find a lady and romance her on your deload week.

Since the CrossFit crowd has either got crazier, or I've started noticing their craziness more, I've been actively striving to be as unfunctional as possible. It takes me an hour to get out of bed and when I do I need a deadlift suit to pull my trousers up.

Oh the shame
I do them on occasion for something more interesting than another set of decline situps. Yes, you look like a plank and that article made me want to do them a lot less
-edit- lol, just read the rest of that article and they are on about doing them as a core lift. :/
