I was incredibley impressed with how "lean" babyslayer was.

lol'd at some of the replies in that thread about BS

i hit 87.5kg x 6 on bench press tonight, most ive done before is 90kg so i know ive definitely got a new max

hopefully gona put up 130kg on my squats next workout, i think if i have to have surgery on my hernia thing in the future im going to use the time where i have to train light to really work on my form and not squatting to a box

kinda lay down on the floor

put one hand in the air

tucked my leg under to help me stand up

then said wtf and got someone to help me up

i wouldnt ever try to do this or anything that involves putting a barbell on your hips and humping it. (another popular exercise)

Since the CrossFit crowd has either got crazier, or I've started noticing their craziness more, I've been actively striving to be as unfunctional as possible. It takes me an hour to get out of bed and when I do I need a deadlift suit to pull my trousers up.

I do them on occasion for something more interesting than another set of decline situps. Yes, you look like a plank and that article made me want to do them a lot less
