It kicks ass. I managed to almost double my volume and intensity during my 6 weeks on it...and it's a versatile product too. It's good as an intra, good option as a stim free pre, and absolutely kicks ass mixed with a nitric oxide/arginine based pre product, especially NRG-X's pre-workout Overdose. They're now marketing that stack together as a result of all the loggers using the two products together and getting fantastic results.

Thanks brah.
Worst part is moving all my books. I have a private library of books and sheet music bigger than some college libraries I've seen.

Variation on a front squat. Instead of holding the bar at your clavicles with a clean grip or cross arm grip, you hold it in the crooks of your arms...hurt so good!!!

Haven't tried the Beta Maxx yet, love the Maxx Pump too. Great products, great people...only negative thing I have to say about NRG-X is start making a tank or muscle shirt so I don't have to cut the sleeves off myself!!!!! Gots to have sufficient airflow around teh pits!

His "Beyond Bodybuilding" is the first book I consult when I want to shake up my routine.
I think you'd dig Brooks Kubik too.

Check it out, it's where a lot of my madness originates.
Today, 15 minutes of mace swinging after orchestra rehearsal.
Totally draggin' ass today, this move has taken a lot out of me physically and especially mentally. A couple days rest has been good and bad...look good, but feel weak. Tomorrow I'll find out for sure.
Tomorrow, back to bidness as usual. Chest and arms!!!!!

moving...sux...sux hard, but I think my elbows really benefitted from resting for a few days.
...but since you mentioned it....roughly two weeks since I hit chest, bis and tris...strength down a little but not as much as I expected, could've pushed harder, but held back just to be safe.
Chest & Arms:
bit of a different approach today, four exercises, two supersets, fifteen minutes each.
Warmed up with 3x12 side presses
Incline Press/
Cable Curl: 8,6,6,6,6,5,5,5,5
Dip/
Hammer Curl: 12,12,12,12,12
and then just for grins, dug my heavy ass spring power twister out of the toybox (the thing is marked 50kg resistance) and did 36 reps as a burnout. Think I'll keep it, maybe work up to 50 reps...really killed my chest and biceps.

You tried low reps with the hammer curls? That seems to work well for me.
