first time posting pictures *10 months trying to loose fat and gain muscles*
hey there i just figured since everyone else is posting their progress i might as well, i started working out same time as i joined this site, after months of lurking around seing others progressions, so i wanted to do it myself. i was fat and didnt really have any muscle definition so i started working out at gyms, i have 1 before picture, and some i took today.

now:
i really felt that i became stronger and less fat after i started taking creatin, vitamins fishoilpills and protein ect.. so thanks for all the help i have had at this site, oh and btw what would you guys estimate be on my bodyfat percent?.

Keep working hard! You should have around 15-16% bodyfat.

thanks brah means alot, lately ive added creatine to my stack, and become more serious about my food and i definatly feel it going quicker with the clean mass add on and bodyfat reduction. went from 24kg to 30kg dumbells in 2 months so something is obviously working. thanks for the inspiering words.

Benchpress: 205x2 (approximate 1rm 210)
Squat: 335x1
Deadlift: 365x1 (haven't 1rm'd in a while, thinking closer to 400 now)
Total: 910
