should i eat the apple?
the only thing holding me back is that i have a higher percent of protein on my calorie counter and if i eat the apple that would make the percent of carbs go up... i really want to end up with protein at the highest percent of my calories not carbs... but i heard if i get carbs from fruits it won't make any difference. is that true?

Once upon a time, there was a friend of mine who had eaten an apple, suddenly and unpredictably he died 7 days later, strange story. But remember, the choice is yours.

Dude, when we're talking about a low carb/high protein diet and you need to cut carbs, it doesn't mean ALL carbs, it mostly means the starchy or simple carbs, the ones that turn into pure sugar when they enter your system.
That being said, a low carb diet means cutting out those carbs, and eating vegetables/fruits as your source of carbs. They are low calories too, so feel free to eat as much as you like! An apple is full of vitamins and minerals, it's great for you! Eat the apple!

God will NOT forgive you if your carb percentages go above your protein.
I think they mentioned that somewhere in the bible...

I thought I stumbled on a religious thread written by Adam and like, there was Eve trying to get him to eat the apple.
